Owner of the Grand Trunk Store, George Thompson and his wife lived in this Queen Anne style home until their deaths. In 1932, it was purchased by Hamilton Needham and became a funeral home with living quarters and remains so today. Until 2007, it was the J.L. Ford Funeral Home.
